Rollag Steam Threshers Reunion 2010

We left early this morning for Rollag --- Grandma Pam wanted to eat breakfast there!
Look at this crew!
Early morning...pretty!
The kiddos, waiting in line for breakfast! It's a little chilly this morning!
We had to stop and get our walking sticks! The blacksmith even branded them for us!
The traditional pic in front of the old fashioned gas pump!
Waiting for the kids train ride...
Toot! Toot!
I love these old water pumps!
The horses were out today --- this one was waiting to be re-shoed! Parker has a way with animals...I think they know he has a gentle soul!
This one was HUNGRY --- Savannah was more than happy to feed her clovers!
Aiden's turn...he kept giggling because "it tickles"!!
SMILE KIDDOS!
Now it's time for old fashioned ICE CREAM from the General Store!! Strawberry---with real chunks in it, YUMMY!!
This is in the antique lamp cabin ... here you can see the old heaters...yes, even OLDER than the kerosene ones!
My mom is a Nelson!
Large wheel much? WOW!!
Where are we again? Oh yeah...ROLLAG!! Whoo!
Another successful trip back in time...my Gramps always used to say that it's"cool" for the kids nowdays to see what things were like back then, but it was REALLY hard work to live that way...I can only imagine....
